What if a light goes out?

Text us. We are out within 48 hours, free, all season. That is the Lights-On Guarantee.

Can you use the lights I already own?

We do not install client-supplied lights. Our lights are commercial-grade LED, they are rated for Utah winters, and we guarantee them. We cannot guarantee a strand from a big-box store, and we will not put our name on a display we cannot stand behind.

Do I own the lights or am I renting them?

Your lights are custom-built for your home and stay yours season after season - we store them, maintain them, and reinstall the same set every year. Lakeview retains ownership of the lights themselves, which is what allows us to guarantee they are always in working order. If a strand ever fails, we repair or replace it at no cost to you. You get professional-grade lighting that fits your roofline perfectly, without the storage headaches, the ladder, or the cost of replacing burned-out sets every few years.

Where do the lights go in January?

With us. We take them down, we store them, and we bring them back next season. Your garage stays a garage.

What does it cost?

Every home is different , a single-story rambler in Bountiful is not a two-story in Park City. That is why the design consultation is free. We walk your home, we design it, we give you a number. No pressure, no obligation.

When do I need to book?

Now. Crews fill on a first-scheduled basis and we stop taking new installs once the calendar is full.

Two Ways to Spend December

Option A: You dig the tangled box out of the garage. You find the ladder. You climb it. You find out half the strand is dead. You drive to the store. You climb the ladder again. It gets dark. You do it again next weekend. And in January, you do the whole thing in reverse - in the snow.

Option B: You text us. We design it, we install it, we keep it perfect all season, and we take it down. You plug in one cord.
